I do this every time. I vow to be better about updating the blog and then a month has gone by and I realize I haven't touched it! I am blaming it on two things:
1) I have a 2 year old and a newborn and my time is precious, my house is never clean and I am permanently tired; leaving the blog pretty much at the bottom of my priority list somewhere near showering.
2) I am obsessed with my IPad and find no reason to get on my antiquated laptop anymore; which is necessary to update the blog.
But I am here today to make up for it in the form of a month-long wrap-up photo bomb. So you forgive me? Thanks!
Can I just say, I am a lucky girl. Jonah ADORES his baby brother. Seriously, it's crazy how much he loves this kid, I can only hope Jude returns the affection over the next few years!
So, we do a lot of just hanging out, me and my boys!
And lots of lounging from Jude while Jonah and I play.
Our little guy is growing up TOO fast, but at least we are rewarded with lots of smiles!

And when things get chaotic, Jude finds refuge in Daddy's arm. We find him sleeping in some form of this "model" pose often (or as Ryan has dubbed it, "Senior picture"pose)

Brotherly love :)
Cheese!
Also in December, we got a visit from Uncle Jeff. Jonah had a blast with him and for all you Cars fans, his favorite past time with Jeff, having Mater "scare" the tractors. Sorry for the lame pic, it's from Jeff's phone. We were so busy having a good time, I forgot to take many photos. Then when we did break out the camera, there was some weird shadow on all the pictures from something on my lens.... sigh!

So that more or less brings us up to this last weekend. We took our first family-of-four outing to Triangle Park (dubbed bulldozer park by Jonah) to see Santa. He came in in style riding on a firetruck. That was enough to impress Jonah, but then they started carolling and handing out candy canes, so he was totally sold!
Mama and Jonah in front of the firetruck. He looks pretty disappointed, huh?
How cool am I?
Of course we made time for dirking after we saw Santa.

The few minutes he was awake, he spent all warm and cozy here!
