5 Months!

How this little guy is almost a half a year old already is a mystery! He won't go to the doctor until 6 months, so I don't have any stats, but I make up for it in pictures!

We've had big changes this past month. Besides surviving his first 14-hour car trip, Jonah has grown up so much this month. He has strong opinions about what he wants and when he wants it: toys, food, paper, Tilly .... etc! He also reaches up for us (and usually squeals) when we put our hands out to him.

As I'm sure everyone reading this knows, Jonah also started daycare this month. He is doing fantastic and is making the transition so much easier on his parents. At "school" he is known as:

A cuddler
An excellent eater
An excellent sleeper (WHAT!)
Alert and perceptive
And just an all-around calm and happy guy!

Who wouldn't want to cuddle with this guy?

Speaking of sleeping, he has made huge strides. Lately he has been sleeping from 7p -7a with one feeding around midnight. He is also taking 1 -2 hour naps at daycare. He actually slept a total of 4 hours (during the day) yesterday!

Just like his parents, he always has something to say!

My favorite part of the day is going into his room first thing in the morning. The squeals and smiles that follow are priceless! Ryan and I are astonished daily how amazing this kid is! We love you Jo!
